The ILUS Optimal Multi Gym is a complete strength station that combines multiple functions in a single structure, ideal for upper and lower body workouts with controlled loads and maximum versatility. Designed to withstand high user traffic, it is suitable for both commercial gyms and demanding home gyms.

The Optimal Multi Gym has:
- High pulley exit: Compatible with long grips, ideal for pull-ups and vertical pull-ups.
- Middle pulley output (1:1 ratio): Perfect for exercises in a seated position.
- Mobile lateral pulley arms (2:1 ratio): For independent traction and functional training.
- Area for leg extension and curl training in a seated position.
- Area for shoulder and chest press training in a seated position.
- Special pulley output with leg support, ideal for low rowing type exercises.
- Leg Press Station: Featuring an elevated platform with an adjustable seat. The sled motion connects to the main weight stack for smooth, continuous loading.
