The official delivery of the new Pirata Gym is a clear example of that goal: a 507 m² space, fully equipped with top-level machinery , a shock-absorbing floor , an indoor trimming track , and an infrastructure that places Coquimbo Unido among the best-implemented national clubs in the physical area .

Black and gold identity in every corner
Beyond its facilities, the Gimnasio Pirata is also a symbol of belonging and local culture. Inside, a 360° artwork by muralist Ricardo Díaz stands out, paying tribute to iconic club figures such as Efraín “Cejita” Saavedra and Hernán “Yayo” Espíndola , as well as reviving visual icons of the port, the Henríquez street, and the black and gold fans.
More than a gym: a comprehensive project in expansion
The delivery of the gym is part of a major sports project that includes:

A multi-study hotel under construction with 26 rooms, common areas, and technical spaces.

A new infrastructure for Youth and Women's Soccer : locker rooms, offices, medical rooms, training areas, and a replica of the original gymnasium.

New bleachers and restrooms for the general public.

Future plans include a new natural grass field and a second-floor gymnasium , which will house the athletes' recreation area.
